Who We Are

Synergy Fusion LLC ("Synergy Fusion," "we," "us," or "our") operates the websites synergyfusion.net and synergyfusionlive.com and provides energy balancing and distance energy balancing, intuitive readings and mediumship, animal connection, hypnotherapy, space clearing, Pilates and movement classes, and related services. Our studio is located at 101 Golf Course Drive, Suite C-10, Rohnert Park, CA 94928.

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to both of our websites.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, and anything you share in a form, message, or session request.
Booking and session information. Appointment and class dates, session or class type, and notes you choose to provide.
Intake and waiver information. Before your first class or session, we ask you to complete a New Client Intake Form. It may include information about your health, injuries, physical limitations, and an emergency contact, along with your signed waiver and acknowledgment forms.
Purchase information. Records of the sessions, classes, and class packs you purchase, including remaining class credits. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor and are not stored by us.
Consent records. If you check a text messaging consent box, we record that you did so, along with the date and time.
Automatically collected information. Basic technical data such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and general location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How We Use Your Information

To schedule, confirm, and follow up on your sessions and classes
To keep you safe in classes and sessions, and to adapt our work to your needs
To process purchases and keep track of class packs
To respond to your questions and requests
To send appointment reminders and service updates
To send occasional messages about session availability, if you have consented to receive them
To operate, secure, and improve our websites

Your Intake and Health Information

The health and physical information you share on your intake form is used only by Jodi Rabbow and the instructors who teach your classes, and only to keep you safe and to tailor your session or class. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not share it with anyone else except where required by law or in an emergency affecting your safety.

Text Messaging and Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

All other categories of information described in this policy are subject to the sharing terms below.

You may choose to receive text messages from us by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on our booking form. That box is unchecked by default and is never required in order to book a session. The consent language reads:

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited situations:

Service providers. Companies that help us run the practice, such as our scheduling and communications platform, email provider, and payment processor. They may use your information only to perform services for us. Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are shared only with our messaging provider for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you requested, and never for their own marketing.
Instructors. Instructors who teach your classes may see your name, booking, and intake information so they can teach you safely.
Legal requirements. When we are required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Synergy Fusion LLC or others.

Cookies and Tracking

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies to keep the sites working properly and to understand how they are used. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the sites may not work as intended if you do.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Text messages. Reply STOP to any message.
Access, correction, or deletion. Contact us and we will respond as required by applicable law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act where it applies. Some records, such as signed waivers and acknowledgment forms, may need to be kept for a period required by law.

Confidentiality of Sessions

What you share in a session stays between us. We do not disclose the content of your sessions to anyone without your permission, except where disclosure is required by law.

Children's Privacy

Our websites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Sessions and classes for minors are arranged with a parent or legal guardian.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date below and post the updated version on this page.
