Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any services provided by Synergy Fusion LLC ("Synergy Fusion," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site, booking a session, or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Our Services

Synergy Fusion LLC offers energy balancing and distance healing, mediumship, animal communication, hypnotherapy, space clearing, Akashic Soul Readings, business consulting, and spirit guide work. Sessions are offered in person at our Rohnert Park office and remotely for clients worldwide.

Not Medical, Psychological, or Legal Advice

Our services are provided for personal wellness and spiritual support. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, financial, or legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No outcome or result is promised or guaranteed.

Always seek the guidance of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical or mental health condition. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something discussed in a session or read on this site. Do not discontinue any prescribed treatment without speaking to your provider.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a session for yourself. Sessions for minors require the consent and participation of a parent or legal guardian.

Booking, Payment, and Cancellation

  • Appointments are scheduled through this website or by contacting us directly.
  • Payment terms are provided at the time of booking. Fees for paid sessions are due as arranged.
  • We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule so the time can be offered to someone else.
  • Complimentary sessions may be limited in availability and are offered at our discretion.

Text Messaging Program

You may choose to receive text messages from Synergy Fusion LLC by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our booking form. The box is unchecked by default and is never required in order to book a session. The consent language reads:

I agree to receive text messages from Synergy Fusion LLC at the phone number provided, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and reschedule notices, as well as occasional messages about session availability. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.

  • Not a condition of purchase. Consent to receive text messages is not required to book or receive any service.
  • Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality

What you share in a session is held in confidence and is not disclosed without your permission, except where disclosure is required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including artwork, paintings, photographs, written copy, logos, videos, and course materials, is the property of Synergy Fusion LLC or Jodi Rabbow and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

Your Responsibilities

Disclaimer of Warranties
